Sunset Traitel and Kings Row Founders Stan and Blanche Steele get married

1949

Stan and Blanche Steele and Dave Shuffield open the First Trailer Park in las Vegas, Sunset Traitel

1955

Stan and Blanche Steele and Dave Shuffield open their second trailer park, King's Row RV and Mobile Home Park

1970

Second Generation takes the Helm, Bill Steele (son) takes over as General Manager of Kings Row RV and Mobile Home Park

2018

Third Generation Grabs the Reins, Cassaundra Steele (Daughter of Bill Steele) takes over as General manager of Kings Row RV Park and Campground
